A Simple Game of Chance and Intuition
Higher or Lower is one of those games that takes five seconds to understand but somehow keeps you going for way longer than expected. You see a number, you guess whether the next one's higher or lower, and you find out immediately. That's it. Dangerously simple.
How to Play
- You're shown a number between 1 and 100. That's your starting point.
- Decide whether the next hidden number will be higher or lower, then click your guess.
- Guess right and you score a point. The new number becomes the current one, and you keep going.
- Guess wrong and the game ends. That's your final score — try again and see if you can beat it.
Strategy or Pure Luck?
There's a bit of both, honestly. If the current number is something like 5, you'd be bold to guess lower — the odds strongly favor higher. Same logic at the other end: 95 showing? Almost certainly going lower. The tricky part is when you're sitting in the 40–60 range, where it's genuinely a coin flip. Those are the moments that'll either extend your streak or end it abruptly. How long can you keep it going?
